Experiencia fantástica: KG is the best trainer I've ever had! He's effective, efficient, constantly encouraging and pushing you to your limits. All the while constantly cleaning and disinfecting the gym as he works with his clients. I've been going to him since August and I've lost 40+ lbs and put on muscle all at the same time. If you're not trying to work, this isn't the place for you!
