Joining here is one of the best decisions I ever made. It’s now been about 2 years since I first walked in the door. Small classes, challenging workouts, and personal attention. What more could you ask for?

Experiencia fantástica: Legit best workout class I have attended in Fort Smith! Andrew is the most dedicated trainer - he holds me accountable each week and I love that! The classes are always different so I am constantly challenged, but they’re also fast-paced so they fit in perfectly with my crazy schedule. The best part... I’ve not been this STRONG in years!
