Experiencia fantástica: D1 Fort Myers is such an incredible gym and environment. I was always so intimidated of gyms and especially any group classes. But here, the trainers made me feel so welcomed! Whenever I felt ashamed for being so out of shape and behind, they motivated me and assured me that I can get to where I want to be! The other members in the classes were also so sweet and I felt like I was part of a team! I highly recommend this gym! I don’t see myself going anywhere else! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve only been a member since 09/22 but from the time I started till now, this gym is one of my favorites. I love the variety of exercises I get to do and I love how my 5 am trainers don’t let me slack. I need the push. The trainers are attentive and make sure your form is correct to avoid injury. I highly recommend this gym to others. It’s worth the money.

Experiencia fantástica: D1 is a great environment where the coaches take the time to get to know each individual personally. The coaches take the time to get to know you and what your body can tolerate just in case they need to modify any exercise. I love the atmosphere, the coaches, the staff members, the laughter amongst the kids enjoying themselves, and the members constantly encouraging each other along the way.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the feel and atmosphere of this facility! Great trainers who actually care ! You also get to workout in groups with people suited to your fitting! The owners are very well experienced and always involved. Soon as you walk into the door you become family. We love D1 Fort Myers and what they bring to the community !

I am truly grateful, and I am blessed to have found Fort Myers D1 facility. My son will be training here for the next 4 years and more.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter (Anayeli) is in love with this place! Very clean and well maintained facility, and the coaches and staff are all on point! She personally works with Coach Mike and he definitely know what he’s doing! Come in and see for yourself!

My knees aren't the way they use to be, but let me tell ya the coaches work with me to modify if need be and they are motivating and amazing. Experiencia fantástica: D1 is such a great facility. It’s clean, the equipment is nice, but most importantly, they have a great team. Each person there is passionate in their pursuit to better people of all ages. I do the adult classes, and the energy is amazing. Every person there is fun and encouraging. 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this facility! I joined back in March. The group classes, coaches, and owners have been nothing short of amazing. My teen has improved in his flexibility, strengths, speed, and weight management. It has helped him improve vastly on the field as a new athlete also! The discipline of him showing up, has helped him in other areas of life also. They have classes for adults also, that I participate in. Coaches encourage us to press on, improve in all area of our strengths and weaknesses, and to come if we miss classes . This kind of encouragement, is one that I could never find in a regular gym. Joining has been my best decision. And with a wide range of class times, there is no reason you can't make it in also! See you there!

Experiencia fantástica: D1 is awesome! My 13yr old son has been a couple times and loves it. The trainers are knowledgeable/ encouraging, push the kids to put in 100%, and also teach proper form for each movement. The equipment is great too. Ft Myers finally has a great training facility for kids and adults too!
