I wish I got there earlier, and stayed later. The class was really great, and it was non-judgemental. I saw the Spin room and if you like group workout this is the place to go!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Kari since February 2007, ten days after I turned sixty. I saw a boot camp sign along McGregor and called her. I was recovering from a torn Achilles and a shoulder impingement and needed to work with someone who could modify exercises for me. She assured me she would, and she did. I have never been sorry I called that number and hope I can continue for many more years.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic bootcamp style workout with a different instructor each day of the week to offer a range of exercises and approach. Each instructor follows the general bootcamp format but provides variety so you don't get bored with the same thing over and over. Small enough to get personalized attention but big enough classes to have the energy to push you each day. Spin bikes are also the hardest I have tried in town with a level you can adjust rather than a turn crank that you don't really know where you are compared with the instructor. Fun to compete with yourself and others on the video board as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Kari Kardio is an amazing place to get your cardio in. Get your Orange Theory fix, Purre Barre and Spinning all in one studio. They have the most motivating instructors and all the most current technology from heart rate monitors to class stats that come straight to your email right after you complete your workout. Cross training there = RESULTS.
