The Studio offers group and one-on-one sessions, and I really enjoy the variety in workout options. She even brings in guest instructors from all over to keep things fresh and fun. As a Coach, she is really focused on helping clients achieve their goals and makes sure we’re always being challenged at our individual level of fitness. – She ensures that technique is correct to avoid any injuries. – Her professionalism is impeccable, she is reliable & punctual – ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Experiencia fantástica: OMG!! I went to a boxing class during Thanksgiving and it was AMAZING! Coach Ché does not allow you to give up on yourself; which is something I more than need in a coach. I would 100% recommend this place if you're looking for a good sweat and a great work out, coach and family, definitely give this place a chance.
