Experiencia fantástica: My kids have been going to Ironside all summer and have really enjoyed the elementary training with coach Chris. They get a great workout in twice a week that is fun but also challenging. Chris does a great job with the kids. We highly recommend Ironside!

Experiencia fantástica: We highly recommend Ironside athletics for your athlete. Our son is a competitive figure skater. His trainer at Ironside, Alex, has been incredible and very detail oriented. He has taken the time to talk with our son's coaches, watched videos and even came to watch him compete so that he could understand what the sport of figure skating is all about. Alex has customized our son's workouts to target the areas that he needs to be extra strong in, all while being careful not to bulk him up. The results are apparent and have helped our son stay healthy and take his skating to the next level. If you have a student athlete, or are an athlete yourself, I highly recommend this gym. We do both personal training and the group classes and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has been attending the middle school conditioning group to keep in shape for football. We have seen tremendous growth in his strength and his confidence. His Coach, Wilson, has taught him a lot about the correct form and he enjoys seeing him every week. Josh, the owner, is easy to work with and answers questions quickly. This is a great gym to take your teen athletes to keep in shape during the off season. They really will take good care of your teens.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter has been working out at ironside for just over a year, the changes I have seen in her strength, stamina and overall athletic ability have been tremendous. The biggest and greatest change though has been in her self confidence. She really feels she has a home at ironside, loves to refer it as "her gym, and her guys"

Experiencia fantástica: Shane does a terrific job with my 13 year old son and the other boys. My son feels stronger, and looks stronger and quicker on the basketball court since he's been training with Shane. Shane relates well with the boys, is professional and personal with the parents, and my son really enjoys training and learning with him. And I feel that my son is being trained in a safe way in a safe space!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! Great training with Joey! Open floor with a turf for endurance, free weights, a few machines. Have classes for everyone from youth to train for sports to the elderly. The gym is quiet during the mornings, busier in the afternoon with youth classes. Been going here since they opened last October. Go see it for yourself!
