Experiencia fantástica: Feels like coming home! We jointed this gym just over a month ago and what a huge difference it's made! The equipment is night and day from the gym we came from. Also we're working with Eric for coaching and programming and he's great. Helped my fiancé and I prepare for a very successful meet last weekend. And there's such an environment of community here. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I think this is the place to be for anyone interested in strength sports, at any level. Wish we'd made the move years ago!

Experiencia fantástica: I have trained now at Elevate Barbell for almost 3 years. Now that I have graduated from CSU I am moving back home to Denver and was waiting to give my review of Elevate until I moved home. When I first joined Elevate I had no idea it would be one of the greatest decisions of my life. I was 20 years old and filled with insecurities and low self confidence. I didn’t know what I got myself into when I joined the gym. I had no idea how to powerlift and the already existing members were somewhat intimidating for me as I have never seen such raw strength right before my eyes. Little did I know that all these people that I was first intimidated by were to become some of the most loving and supportive people I know to this day. Elevate is no ordinary gym, it is more like a home. The members and community of Elevate is what I believe makes this gym or Should I say family better than any gym you can find near or far. I have never felt more accepted, understood, motivated, and loved at a gym before because this gym is a family and it has changed me for the better. It has helped me be on my way to the never ending process of me becoming who I have always wanted to be of becoming a better person. Eric the owner has made such an impact on my life and has helped me feel more comfortable in my own skin and helped bring back the confidence I once lost. I can’t thank this gym enough. I can’t thank Eric enough and I can’t thank all the members enough who create such an impactful climate. If you are looking for more than a gym but a loving community that puts on outstanding powerlifting meets, holiday party’s, lifting workshops, Ski+snowboard trips, Vegas trips, comedy shows, and lifelong friends than Elevate is your place. Even though I’m moving away I know I’ll always have a home at Elevate. That gym has been there for me through thick and thin and it will be there for you too. To get you better than ever and the person you’ve always wanted to be. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner, powerlifter, bodybuilder, weightlifter, any kind of fitness just trying to better your health this is the gym you’re going to want to be at.

Experiencia fantástica: The gym is an absolute gem for the Fort Collins and Northern Colorado fitness community. I have been going here since the facility opened back in 2018 and have loved every minute of it. The equipment is top notch and the fellow gym goers are all very kind and considerate. It's rare to find a place with such a strong sense of community and genuine support/encouragement. If you're a powerlifter, Olympic lifter, bodybuilder, general fitness enthusiast or you want to be one of these, Elevate Barbell is the place for you!

Everyone is super supportive of each other and it makes for an uplifting atmosphere that you can't get anywhere else. Would highly recommend for anyone who does powerlifting or weightlifting. Experiencia fantástica: Traveling around the country, I’m always looking for gyms to train at. Elevate Barbell is easily the best one I’ve found while on the road. Their staff and gym members are welcoming, their equipment is in perfect condition and great for any type of fitness enthusiast, and their hours are great for any schedule. Highly recommend you check out Elevate if in Fort Collins!

Experiencia fantástica: It difficult to put into words the profound experience this gym and community had had in my life over the last 1.5 years, but I will try. This gym, the community, and my coach (Eric) have helped me get my health and vitality back after having 2 young kids. I had always felt overwhelmed and confused with all the conflicting information in the fitness industry, but I did know that I wanted to become stronger, healthier, and improve my physique. In less than a year and a half of training, I recently deadlifted 540#, squatted 370#, and I will bench 250# soon. I did not have a strong gym background prior to joining this gym and for the working dad out there reading this, or the single mom, or the broke college student who finds solace in the gym; all are welcome. You will achieve more than you thought possible. The equipment is amazing, calibrated plates, Eleiko and Rogue everywhere, you name it. Any tool you need to become stronger resides in this gym for your training pleasure. And while that is great, you will also find world class (literally) strength athletes who are some of the kindest, thoughtful, nerds you could ever meet that simultaneously squat/deadlift #700+ and bench way more than 3 plates. You will have fun becoming strongest version of yourself with neat people. This gym, the community, and the coaches associated with The Strength Athlete will make you stronger, physically, mentally, emotionally, and relationally. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Elevate is equipped with all of the equipment and knowhow that a novice or seasoned athlete could possibly need. Inside you'll find everyone from first day lifters to multiple time world champions. Everyone is welcoming. No elitism here. Eric and the team at Elevate Barbell are absolutely top notch. I highly recommend training here if you are a serious athlete looking to step up your strength and conditioning, they have something for everyone.

Having spent years at college and commercial facilities, I can say without a doubt the atmosphere and equipment at Elevate are rivaled by few. The crew at Elevate (both trainers and fellow members) are incredibly friendly, supportive and helpful and bring a fantastic energy to the place. Couldn't recommend Elevate more highly!

Experiencia fantástica: I started lifting back In January and Eric was super welcoming! Everyone has been very supportive. I decided take my training to the next level and now work one on one with Natalie. Eric and Natalie made this process very smooth! This is such a judgement free zone and I love the community of lifters that go here. It’s a great place for new lifters to learn the ropes in a comfortable friendly environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Good things don’t come cheap, but for serious lifters training the big three and Oly, this is a beautiful haven of calibrated plates and other delicious barbell hardware. A few torture cardio devices as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Elevate is a top-notch training facility for powerlifting. Not only does it have all the equipment you need to get strong; it is a positive, fun, and safe space to train. This is not a typical bro gym- this is a place with athletes of all levels who encourage each other and create a supportive community. I've had the pleasure of competing here with programming by the owner, Eric. I couldn't recommend Elevate enough- Fort Collins is lucky to have such a great gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but positive things to say about this gym. It is clean. The equipment is top notch. The people are kind and supportive. I don’t think I would have stuck with my gym routine as much as I have were it not for the environment at Elevate. Let me explain… I started powerlifting back in March 2021. The pandemic hit me hard and I was in a space of really wanting to take control of my mental and physical health. I was NOT all that physically strong or confident in what I was doing when I started out. On top of that, gym spaces can be very intimidating and somewhat predatory at times. Elevate is not like that AT ALL! Everyone is incredibly welcoming (will actually greet you as you walk in) and supportive. If you ever need a spot, people are there for you. If you are trying a new or heavy lift, everyone will quite literally stop what they are doing to cheer you on (I’ve seen it happen. Multiple times. It’s really inspiring and empowering).The community here is great! When folks give me advice, it is obvious that they care and want to see me succeed. I still feel like a newbie, but I have always felt welcomed and accepted. I highly recommend this gym to anybody interested in lifting and looking for a good community to support you while ya do.

Great for powerlifting, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, strongman, bodybuilding, or just like going to the gym. If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor and schedule a visit to say hi. Experiencia fantástica: This is, hands down, the best gym I have ever been to. I primarily do strongman training, and while the gym is not tailored for that, there are enough implements for me to practice for certain events I would see in competition. To add to this, Eric (the owner) is amenable to equipment suggestions to add to the gym, which is really great to hear. All of the other equipment is stellar, as well. There are a wide range of specialty bars, plate loaded machines, and other equipment that are in good condition and well maintained. The 24-hour access is another bonus to add. Finally, the environment the gym fosters is the best I've experienced, too. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and supportive. I've had bad experiences in other gyms since I used to deal with commercial and college gyms; I have yet to experience a moment like that here. I would 100% recommend anyone that does powerlifting, weightlifting or strongman to become a member at Elevate.

Experiencia fantástica: I've now been going to this gym for almost a year. I do primarily body conditioning and Strengthening for work and I have all the equipment I need right here. The owner and other actual professionals that go here are kind and welcoming, and are always to help out when needed! If you're actually serious about getting stronger, leaner, or meaner. This is the place to go. I cannot recommend small buisness gyms enough. If you're in fort collins and need a professional gym. This is it. You're home.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, super high quality equipment. Plenty of space so it’s not too crowded even at 6pm on a weekday, which is usually peak hours for a gym. Anyone who is into strength sports should definitely stop by and check this place out.

Experiencia fantástica: Elevate Barbell is by far the best gym I have ever been to in my 10+ years of weight training. The equipment and space is above top notch, but what makes it unmatched is the community of powerlifters and weightlifters who make it pure magic. Eric the owners goes out of his way to make everyone who steps in the door feel included and also has created an atmosphere of respect, mutual encouragement, and growth. No where else have I been surrounded by humble elite lifters who are as happy to provide guidance as they are to sit on the sides and have a meaningful conversation about life. In this taxing and isolated year, Elevate has been an invaluable sanctuary to many.

Experiencia fantástica: Without a doubt the best powerlifting gym I’ve trained at. 5000+ lbs of calibrated plates, 4 competition combo racks, and competition bars, Elevate truly is a powerlifters paradise.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoy training here. Any barbell athlete has the equipment, atmosphere, and people they need to have the perfect training environment. If you care about brands of equipment, there's four combo racks for powerlifting (two Eleiko and two custom), competition bars from Rogue and Eleiko, competition plates for both powerlifting and weightlifting, and enough of the best machines and free weights to make sure your training is exactly as it needs to be. Fort Collins is spoiled having a place like this! Before or after training, I love lounging upstairs on the oversized couches and getting some work done too
