Experiencia fantástica: Base gyms are always the best being that it's government funded and you won't find any problem makers because everyone there is either military or families of military personnel and they won't act up because they don't want to get their sponsor into trouble.

Experiencia positiva: Great. Typically empty most of the day except during PT hours (0630-0800). Great staff, constantly sanitizing equipment and adhering to COVID-19 protocols. Free weights, machines and ab roo. NO CARDIO

Experiencia fantástica: It's the humble little gym that could. The smell of sweat and body odor hit you from the moment you walk through the double doors, and the familiar sight of the same 10 people using the same 5 machines. I only wish they were open on weekends.

Experiencia positiva: They have mostly everything you need for working out, downside is the gym appears to be in an older building meant for something else at one point...so it’s weirdly laid out. Staff is all very friendly!

Experiencia positiva: Staff is good , usually opened from 0500 Monday - Friday . The equipment good and clean.

Experiencia positiva: A good gym with a moderate selection of weights. Nice that it has a free weight, cardio and stretching area each separate from the others.

Experiencia positiva: It is ok. A little small though. Incredibly busy during PT hours. Try to avoid it then.
