Experiencia fantástica: Clean place, well-managed, attached to a physical therapy center, has a pool and racquetball court, exercise classes, family swim times, and a variety of workout equipment. When you finish, you should most definitely relax and wind down on the hydro massage chairs!

Experiencia fantástica: I lkfe that you can work up a good sweat by machines or playing racket ball or one of their many classes and then change and enjoy a nice swim in thir pool and then a soak in the hot tub and then shower off.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent community, facility and staff. The people who attend the gym are often encouraging, friendly and dedicated. I have been attending regular work out classes the last few months and I am getting more tone then I have been in years. The instructors really know their stuff and teach awesome classes. Then there are so many ways to recoup after my workouts, from the hydro massage chairs, to the sauna, pool or hot tub. All of this for an affordable price. Best gym I have ever been to. Would be better with the addition of an outdoor obstacle course, something I heard they are considering.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family loves this gym. We have been going off and on for more than 10 years. We now have a family membership so that our kids can enjoy the facilities as well (right now, just the pool). Everything is kept super clean and in great working condition. The steam room and sauna are fantastic. Everyone is very welcoming and non-judgemental. They have a modest dress code, which helps keep everyone focused on what they're doing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and greet you by name. This is the best gym I've ever been to!

Experiencia fantástica: Enjoyable place. I love the classes, its also nice to have the opiton to sit in the hot tub after working out. They have showers too, always bring a pair of flip flops to wear in the showers though! Not that they look dirty but never take those chances anywhere!

Everything was clean, everyone was polite and helpful, and I was a limp noodle by the end! I am going back ASAP. I love the vibes Kristin gave. Thank you for being amazing!!!!
