Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to Rocked Up for 8 weeks and i've lost 19 pounds. I highly recommend this private gym. The equipment is always clean. The trainers Al and Kara give exceptional service in helping you with your physical and nutritional goals. The ambiance is focused but also friendly. This is my first time in a private gym and I don't even want to go to my commercial gym anymore. I give it a 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been training with Al since Feb of this year and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my results. I have other coaches prior to Al, and I’ve had the most results in such a short period of time by following his program to the T. His gym is clean, organized, has all the equipment needed to get the best workouts. I have my first NPC bikini competition this Saturday and I feel confident with the package he helped me bring to the table.
