Experiencia fantástica: I really like this place. I was looking for a new gym and fell into this place after a local search. I mostly enjoy boxing, that is where my previous training has focused, but it doesn't hurt that there is also kickboxing, yoga, and pilates taught here, (for when I want to branch out). I don't want to be one-sided in my exercising efforts, and I certainly appreciate the challenge they provide at this gym. The owner and staff are very friendly and approachable. They have several life-transformation success stories under their belts, if you want to ask them for references. Apparently people get in shape here. That's always a good sign, right? The facilities are clean, and I highly recommend you check it out and meet the people if you are shopping for a new gym or personal trainer. Good luck.
