ISI® Elite Training - Folsom, CA

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to ISI now for about 5 months and am a huge fan. Up until starting at ISI I had been a diehard Orange Theory member and I remain a big fan of OTF but for my fitness needs, it wasn't exactly checking all the boxes. I am a 37 year old dad of 2 and consider myself to be in pretty good shape but always fighting the dad bod. Where as Orange Theory tends to place a heavy focus on cardio, the high intensity focus of ISI changed my body more in 5 months than my entire time at OTF. The workouts are intense but can be done at any skill level. The coaches are very knowledgeable and super fun. The studio also provides a great team environment that I felt was lacking at times at OTF. Like every gym, personal trainer or workout studio, you the individual will only get as much out of the classes as you put into it. You can't expect to just show up and have your body magically change. But I can say from personal experience and from the fellow members I've seen, changes can be dramatic when dedicated to ISI. Highly recommend for anyone needing a new fitness routine in 2023

All the coaches are amazing, walk through options for modifications whether you’re a beginner or advanced, and the community is so motivating. Super flexible session options depending on your schedule and multiple options to pay monthly or per session. It’s also family/Veteran owned, this place is amazing! You will be hooked after one session - which is free, and so is the first week, so you have nothing to lose!

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to ISI in June when they opened and they honestly are the most welcoming and loving community you can be a part of. They push you to be your best self but also have modifications for anyone and everything! I absolutely LOVE them! Not only has my self confidence improved but so has my mental health. This is a place that you can actually look forward to going to because every single day they are caring, welcoming, happy, and energetic. I have never been to a gym where everyone is non judgmental and encouraging until now. I’ll never stop saying enough good things about ISI!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to ISI since they opened and I absolutely love this place. The programming is challenging and works with my schedule. They have several classes per day in the morning for early birds and offer pm classes as well. The coaches here are motivating and friendly and really push you to be your best. I have nothing but good things to say about the owners and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: ISI Elite Training is my new happy place. We rise as ONE! The workouts exceeded my expectations. I am continually challenged, physically and mentally. The coaches are energetic, supportive, encouraging, passionate, and fun. The staff are personable, and friendly. Not to mention the beautiful people I've met along the way. In the many years that I've been going to the gym, I usually make excuses to avoid going. With ISI, I make excuses to come to the workouts! I have FOMO (fear of missing out), as each day is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of workout you're gonna get. The best thing is, they are all EXCELLENT! I encourage everyone in Folsom to try it and I guarantee, you will LOVE it. It's the BEST in town.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been looking for a new gym and I am so excited I found ISI!!!! I wake up at 4 excited to go to this gym. I love the groups and how the coaches envourage you to high five you teammates. It's definitely a group effort and i love that aspect. The coaches are very involved and encouraging and love The coaches push you when they see you can give a bit more out of your exercise. I definitely look forward to the towel at the end, its cooling and calms you down.
