Experiencia positiva: I’ve been at this gym for 3 years now and imma give my honest opinion. The gym is dope and always clean, which is nice. There’s good amount of options for machine exercises for the muscles you want to work which is great. But there’s one thing I wish this gym could have. It’s a deadlift platform for deadlifts and for squatting as well to. I can tell the difference with and with out it. I got to train on one a couple times and I love it and it has help improve my deadlifts a lot. I understand the sauna doesn’t work and I wish it does bc I have not yet get to experience in it. But overall I give this gym a 4 outta 5 bc it’s a good gym and should definitely give it a try if you around the neighborhood.

Experiencia fantástica: I got a membership here 2 weeks ago and so far, I love this gym! Everything is always so clean and neat and organized. The people there are friendly and most everyone is a usual so there is a certain sense is community and everyone building each other up, which is so amazing to have at a gym. It’s never too loud in the gym and everyone usually minds their own business. There’s always enough weights. Nobody holds up machines by standing around and talking to other people. The workers are friendly and social. The bathrooms are clean. The gym is so big and spacious that even on days with a lot of people you can still get a great workout in. I cannot wait to try the workout classes because they look like so much fun.

Experiencia fantástica: IITS A RIPOFF. Robbed me off 150 $ saying it is a yearly contract. ANTHONY the supervisor told me the opposite when I got the membership.TOTAL SCAM. These.are the reasons we see a lot of fat people on the street. I give u -10. Do not go there folks.

Experiencia fantástica: I like this gym. Its reasonable price. Its cozy, not over crowded, organized and clean. Ming helped me to signed up and he's nice. I did my first training session with Eric and he is really nice and very professional. He is not pressuring me about getting a trainer, he will give you options were you comfortable. He also discussed to me how I can improve my postures. He is so knowledgeable about what he's doing and straightforward but also make you feel super comfortable.

The shakes after a really tough work out with Jen in her total body class is my favorite. I also love Cintrellas spin class, she will push you - but it’s soo worth it. I wish all neighborhood gyms were like this. I would give them more stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: When the last gym I went to closed, I spent a while trying out several other places in the Bayside / Whitestone areas. I was starting to feel like I would never find a gym I could be happy with when I found a Groupon for Push Fitness in College Point. Thank god! My husband and I have.been members for over a year now and we love it! The gym / locker areas are spacious and clean. It has a great assortment of well maintained machines / equipment. They also offer a wide variety of group classes (the ones I've tried so far have all been fantastic!). The staff are all really friendly and helpful, going out of their way to get to know the members and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend Push Fitness to anyone looking for a quality gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! They honored my groupon in a professional, friendly manner and now I am a member and couldn't be happier with my decision. The college point club is clean and staff are friendly. The classes are fabulous! Great instructors! Yoga with Andrea and Pilates with Nikki are some of my favorites.
