Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I were visiting from out of town and needed a gym with all the weights since the hotel gym wasn't cutting it. Joe was very hospitable and welcoming. Great spot for a drop in. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality You're not going to find a better equipped, encouraging, fun atmosphere than Iron Den. The gym isn't crowded, has fully equipped bathrooms and showers, best equipment around and fantastic trainers!

Experiencia fantástica: I visited this gym today on the recommendation of a good friend/ Hulk. He is an accomplished power ️‍♂️ lifter. This gym offers personalized training for every level. The facility was clean and not crowded like most gyms. They have any and everything you need to achieve your workout goals. The staff is friendly and very professional. I found my new gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Iron Den is a personal training gym in Flower Mound with an expansive selection of workout equipment, including many custom pieces from Lou Ferrigno's gym! The personal trainers at Iron Den are lifelong fitness professionals and have a deep understanding of the physiology of the body. For the first time in many years, I have real results, and I look forward to my workouts even at 7:00 a.m.!

Experiencia fantástica: After training at a couple of other local gyms I have found my favorite in Flower Mound. Iron Den has a terrific assortment of weights, machines and fitness equipment. It's a clean and spacious workout environment. Most important, the trainers are experienced and make the experience top-notch.
