Experiencia fantástica: I was a “CrossFit Sceptic” when I joined Iron Castle in November of 2018. Yet here I am 9 months later, 52 pounds lighter, and healthier than I’ve been in 20 years. Iron Castle Fitness is a wonderful place with an environment that encourages learning, lifting, and laughing. Josh has mastered the balance of teaching and pushing. I’m thankful for him and the community I have joined in this quality place. I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is not just any gym... it’s my second home. Coach J has been my coach for years. He use to coach elsewhere and he then opened his own gym (Iron Castle Fitness). It’s crazy to see how much I’ve improved in all aspects of fitness. Coach J really cares on seeing you improve and pushes you to the limit. I also love that everyone here is treated like family. The moment you walk into the gym you feel so comfortable. I’ve been doing crossfit\ boot camp for about 7 years and I honestly don’t see myself working out in any other gym.

Experiencia fantástica: A great gym/fitness studio regardless of fitness level. Superior coaches provide excellent guidance whether you're a beginner or advanced athlete. The gym has all the equipment you need and operating hours are convenient for any schedule. Workouts are challenging and can be modified for all ages and experience. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging. This is a community where everyone is genuinely happy for you when you succeed and pushes you when you're having an off day.
