Experiencia positiva: If signing for "Personal Trainer" make sure you read the small fine prints. They should have a laminated copy. I had an experience with them as of Monday 7/26/2021 they did a recurrent for every other week of $640.00 when I fully paid my PT 8 sessions on 7/12/2021. It took me until today 7/29/2021 to resolve with the Regional Director, Chris N. & there HR office in order to issue an EXPEDITED refund process. Was there from 11AM to 2:26PM. I verified and my bank received the return request. Thank you Chris Nelson & HR for finally resolving the issue. I gave them a 3 stars because of how the issue was first handled had to escalate.

Experiencia positiva: Gave it 4 stars because of a minor thing, the mirrors, for some reason all of the mirrors dont match up to the machine you are in and you cant see yourself in the majority of the machines, which is an important aspect for making sure you have good form, other than that the gym is top notch
