They have professional Certified trainers that could modify any exercise to you expectations. This is a all level gym. Get ready to work the moment you start. Heart rate stays up the entire time. The first class starts at 5:00A.M. Come try it out. First class is free!

Experiencia fantástica: If you want a place where you can work your butt off and have fun doing it, this is the place. Russel always provides unique, difficult workouts that will keep you engaged and actually excited to workout! They work all the muscles during the week and workouts are never the same. Also during these “Covid times” I feel extra safe, you have your own space during the workouts, gym is always clean and they follow all the social distancing guidelines. I am so grateful for this place and the transformation my body has undergone I’ve lost 5lbs in 1 month. Simply amazing!

They are amazing people and they have built such a great environment for customers to feel comfortable and also welcomed.
