Experiencia fantástica: Been going there for prolly 15 years. 24 hour key gym. Can't beat the affordability and convenience. Recently remodeled with a clean and cozy modern look. Small side room for escaping to do weird yoga poses. Abduction and adduction machine in the corner to avoid eye contact (unless your into that). Here, you will encounter the same die hard and devoted gym rats that have called this place home for years. The members are welcoming and friendly. Its like Cheers but without the beers. The place where everybody knows your name and they are really glad you came. You won't find endless lines of cardio equipment here. There are no massage chairs, tanning beds, or lunk alarms. But let's be real, massage chairs are overrated, just go get a massage (Shy at Willows is highly recommended). Sunshine is free, just take a walk outside. But if you want to get fit, get strong, Muscle Shoals Fitness has plenty of heavy objects to pick up and put back down. Repeat until desired effect. Come on down to Muscle Shoals Fitnesss, where they put muscle in The Shoals.
