Experiencia fantástica: Definitely the best gym in Florence when you consider it's actually 24/7, has CrossFit and Weightlifting options, very advanced equipment unlike the Purple Barney Gyms, Owner and Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Experiencia positiva: Over the years, this establishment has steadily improved what they have to offer, especially within the past year. A complete overhaul on the interior of the gym is being carried out with much of the flooring and walls being replaced for the better. A wide variety of gym equipment has been replaced with many "unique" pieces also being present. This includes single dumbell racks, standing chest press, sled, all variations of squat machines, etc. Really everything is covered and more than what you would normally expect. Showers, locker rooms, and tanning all available. Does lack a readily available water source and towels depending on the time of day. Also in need of a few new treadmills. Still, overall best gym in town.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to gyms all over the Carolinas and this one is by far one of the best I've ever been to. Clean, spacious, plenty of free weights and a massive variety of machines to choose from. I'm never left wandering around waiting for the machine I want. You can tell alot of thought was put into the gym and it shows.

Experiencia fantástica: I have just completed my trial week of crossfit and let me be honest. I hated it. Every second. Not because of them but because I am fat and out of shape. That being said, I am going to continue to go because of how they have worked with me and how friendly everybody has been. There is currently no possible way that I can keep up with anybody there, yet the trainer has been patient and kind and has helped modify things to fit my needs. As for the gym, it is always nice and clean. The owners are always friendly and professional. And they have equipment to fit any possible need (again I am an overweight guy who knows nothing about working out, so maybe I am easily impressed...but seriously this is a great gym.) If you are looking for a place to workout, i highly encourage you to try Extreme Fitness.
