Experiencia fantástica: I was in Flagstaff on vacation from Texas and looking for a good CrossFit gym and I decided to try CrossFit Flagstaff. I ended up going every day for almost a week while we were in. This place is awesome! They have a great coaching staff and do a very good job of programming. I will definitely be back. Thank y’all so much!!

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Flagstaff is amazing! The new owner does custom programming and I am confident it's the best workout in flagstaff! I love that they coach to all levels but the programming is super challenging so that you can always scale back if you need to but you're guaranteed to get an amazing workout. Great music, equipment and people! There is no workout like CrossFit that combines HIIT with strength. Keeps both my mind and body in shape. Love the community. Encourage everyone to give it a try!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in here while my family and I were on Spring Break. Great location and very friendly and knowledgeable coaches. It was very easy to but a punch card online and book classes for the week. They have a wide variety of classes and times, to try including Olympic Lifting which I thought was great. Lots of room and equipment. They are even dog friendly! Thank you so much for being accommodating to my husband and me!! Will defiantly come back if we are back in Flagstaff.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym to visit! Came to hike the Grand Canyon with the family and during our stay, I dropped into CrossFit Flagstaff for three wods. The programming is solid and Coach Justin did a great job. The gym is well kept and the members and atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. To anyone wanting to change up your fitness journey or out of towners looking for a good Crossfit gym to drop in, CrossFit Flagstaff is the way to go!

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Flagstaff is always one of the very best parts of my day. The coaches are experienced, educated, and have incredible knowledge about fitness. They help ensure that I am lifting correctly and safely. My fitness level has increased since I started working out there, and I use that fitness in my daily life around the house, on my bike, paddle board, with my children, and I could go on and on.

Experiencia fantástica: The team at CrossFit Flagstaff took care of me during a drop this open season. I came into town, and on short notice they were able to accommodate my busy schedule. This was certainly a rare case, but very much appreciated. The facility was very well laid out with plenty of top of the line equipment. Special thanks to Tara for judging my open workout. I would recommend this box to anyone looking to join up or just dropping in during a WOD!

Experiencia fantástica: I was on vacation recently over Memorial day and dropped in to CrossFit Flagstaff for the Murph. I have to say I was a little bit nervous to be doing that type of WOD in a new gym, but this crew was very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Aside from that, the gym was clean and the coach was very knowledgeable and supportive. I would definitely come back to this box!

I'm stronger than I ever thought I could be, have more confidence, and my running is better because of Crossfit Flagstaff. I've joined other gyms in the past but nothing ever worked because I didn't have a program or knowledgeable trainer to help guide me like you do. The coaches are all knowledgeable and push you to your limit. They ask that you give your best and trust the system because it works! I'm running my first ultra marathon in one month and know it won't be a problem since I'm so much stronger. You all are amazing and I appreciate all of you!
