Experiencia fantástica: This is the gym for residents of the Grand buildings at Sky View Parc. The gym is currently under the management of LIVunLtd, and the management is really doing a bang-up job of running the facilities. There is a studio room where daily classes are taught. The actual gym facility is modern and I haven’t found myself wanting for a piece of equipment. The spa portion has a fairly large whirlpool and a giant steam room. Since this place is only limited to use by resident and their guest(s), the place is rarely packed, so wait time for equipment is a non-issue. Those resident that want to bring guest(s) with them, please do note that there is a small fee charged for every guest. Overall, this gym is on par with some of the best in the business (think Equinox). I really hope they will continue to do a good job running this place.
