Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend training here enough. Not only is martial arts fun and a great exercise but this gym is such a safe caring real place. I went to Mikey looking for some self defense tips and he welcomed me into the gym explained to me that jiu jitsu has more benefits but would gladly show me some techniques for emergencies. I haven’t stopped going since. I can honestly say every single person at the gym has shown me patience and kindness as I learn the sport, while also juggling ptsd and 2 kids as a single mom. Mikey practices what he preaches. He brings in other professors and coaches to benefit his students and truly cares about our journeys. I train with the adults and my children have recently started training kick boxing and jiu jitsu there as well through the kids program. They love it. They are having fun, and learning control, discipline, mindfulness, as well as it’s ok to make mistakes. I like how safe it is and how patient Mikey and all my peers are, and of course fun. Try out a class I can promise you or your family will not regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Zichelle MMA and fitness. I brought my 11 year old daughter there for the kids jujitsu classes. She had no previous experience so she was understandably nervous. Everyone was very welcoming which helped ease her nerves. She's only been going for a few weeks and has already learned a ton! She loves it and I love seeing what it's done for her self esteem.

Experiencia fantástica: I still remember my first day at Zichelle fitness, I was so nervous having never done any kind of martial arts before. I walked in and was greeted by Maximus the cutest puppy I have ever seen, and it was an extremely friendly environment where I didn’t feel out of place for my lack of experience. Mikey and one of the coaches Miles made me feel right at home teaching me fundamentals, holding mitts for me. I quickly became very interested in training there and expanding classes and people that were teammates became more like a family. Mikey has built an amazing team with people who want to not only better themselves, but help others around them succeed as well. Whether you decide to check out the girls kickboxing classes, or Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or MMA, you will not only be learning from some of the most hard working people I know, but also some of the greatest people I now call my closest friends. Thank you to Zichelle fitness and all the coaches there, and my teammates for the continuous support, Zichelle fitness has been a huge impact on my life. Love you guys

Everyone is excited to extend a helping hand to get you started into whatever your main focus may be for doing Martial Arts. A school occupied by incredibly talented athletes and some studious hobbyists alike, but led by Bellator Veteran Michael Zichelle III, the idea of what it means to be a well rounded martial artist is clearly in each and every mind. Experiencia fantástica: An amazing place to train ! I’m new to jiu jitsu and started here 6 months ago. It’s a great community and Mike does an amazing job with breaking this down for the newbie. Martial arts can be intimidating, especially as a female, but Mike and the crew do an awesome job making people feel welcome. Boxing classes on Sundays are also a blast with great coaching. Highly recommended !

Coach Mike has helped him to come out of his shy shell and has help him build confidence and strength within himself both physically and mentally. It has been a great mental experience for me too as I've been going through my own struggles.
