Crunch Fitness - Fitchburg

Experiencia fantástica: I was fortunate enough to have been introduced to the Crunch Fitchburg facility as a guest. After a 2 year gym hiatus (due to covid restrictions), I was in my element and joined the next day. I must confess that I am also an employee (teaching classes and occasional front desk) and am grateful for the opportunity I have to work there, but this review is mainly for the facility and other staff members. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love that a 'Crunch One kickoff' is part of every membership (helping to give everyone a general roadmap to goals). Taking classes is always fun and promotes a positive self-image and 'you can do it' energy. Even though it doesn't offer all of the amenities of other area Crunches, it is nice and cool in the summer, clean, open 24/7 most of the year, and the members are generally very friendly. The only drawback is if you get there after 5pm and want to do anything in the weight training area. It does tend to get very crowded, but there are other things to do and I can get access in the morning very easily.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout and they have friendly customer service, the only complaint I have is that they no longer give out keys you have to get in with a barcode and the barcode doesn't always work, I think they should start giving out keys again because there's nothing worse than getting to crunch fitness at 5:00 a.m. and not being able to get in.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Quality Hands down best gym experience I have ever had and results have been quicker than ever. Amazing team atmosphere which makes me work harder than I ever would do by myself. Ashley and Paul are both awesome and make going to the gym enjoyable and varied.

Experiencia fantástica: I wouldn't recommend unless you will meet the standards that the staff thinks you should, otherwise you will just be humiliated by the staff. I have gone back a couple times to show off how good I look since I stopped going there. They of course no matter my experience of being singled out and bullied. They refused to let me breach the contract.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Ive been a member since 2017 and wouldn't go to a different gym! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and its the cleanest gym I’ve ever been too. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great Gym, has everything you need for your fitness goals . The gym is clean & modern with adequate locker rooms & showers. Crunch Fitchburg has a courteous & professional staff who are patient & helpful. The clientele is great as well as diverse, I haven’t met any jerks. People are polite & considerate of the next guy. Security is another added bonus, staff & fellow clients are vigilant in keeping out boneheads looking to cause trouble. Previous gyms I held memberships at, I was constantly weary due to rampant thievery. I have seen nothing of the sort at Crunch.

Experiencia fantástica: Crunch Fitchburg is ALWAYS clean. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is a LOT of equipment for those who like to do their own workouts, and lots of GREAT classes with OUTSTANDING instructors who help push us our of our comfort zones. I've been a member for 6 months, and with their help I've been able to be consistent. I'm never bored with the options they have, and I'm supported every day by people who want to see me succeed. They are positive and motivational, and have really helped me believe in myself and my abilities. I am stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally because of what the team at Crunch Fitchburg does every day for me when I walk through their doors. I've tried things I never tried before, and built confidence and courage. My only regret is not doing it sooner - come check it out! I am positive you'll find something you love!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very well managed facility with a wide range of equipment and a positive, welcoming environment. I have found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Kudos to Paul for his outstanding work as a personal trainer. His knowledge, instincts and encouragement make him a natural. And to Ashley, who clearly has her act together and does a great job handling day-to-day management issues. Thanks guys!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member for about 2 years, and although I was hesitant at first, I definitely feel at home there and appreciate the friendly nature of the General Manager, Ashley, and the Fitness Manager, Paul. I have been guided by Paul as my personal trainer and have learned so many interesting exercises and beneficial tips on form that have improved my strength and confidence. The facility is always clean and equipment well maintained. There is an endless variety of ways to meet your fitness goals there and more than enough equipment to do it. I feel very comfortable there and the other members have always been courteous and respectful toward me. It has been one of the best decisions I've made for myself.

Experiencia fantástica: Great local place to get a vigorous workout. The staff is real friendly and eager to help and equipment is easy accessible. No crowded gyms like Planet Fitness just a really nice environment to really get your sweat on!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent new gym in the Fitchburg Area across from Market Basket. I'd say this gym and global fitness are the best two gyms period in the Leominster/Fitcburg area. Crunch has all the necessary gym equipment to get one shredded. It has 2 free weight flat bench presses, 3 free weight squat racks, 1 deadlift platform, 1 free weight incline, 1 free weight decline, as well as tons of hammer strength machines, cardios, and classes. It's better than those poor man's gym such as Planet fitness. Add to all of these amenities Crunch has to offer , it is open 24 hours a day.
