I was intimidated to try CrossFit, but Steve really helped me feel at ease and taught me everything I needed to know along the way. You won’t find a greater place or a greater owner than CrossFit West Geist. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Whether your an expert or an amateur looking for a new CrossFit experience, this is where you need to go.

The pricing is fair, the quality is outstanding, and everyone I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with has been friendly and professional. One specific item I will never take elsewhere are my duvet inserts - the best pricing/quality I’ve come across on this side of town. By supporting this business, you are also supporting a U.S. Veteran while getting the quality and service that is unmatched in my opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to do a trial & assessment at CFWG. It went really well and the owner is very passionate about fitness, crossfit and helping people improve in general. Been to several other crossfit places and other fitness gyms where you get the feeling people look down on you because you cannot execute a certain exercise or need a modification. I did not get that vibe or feeling at all here. He was very accommodating and attentive to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly. The people there are all very positive and it is refreshing to walk into a place where people are positively pushing each other to be better.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great time dropping into workout while home for the holidays. Steve did an amazing job and was very attentive as a CrossFit trainer. Our group had lots of restrictions and he was able to scale and modify according to our needs. We’ll definitely be dropping in again.

Experiencia fantástica: AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!.... I had a $349 Burberry shirt that was dry clean only and had stained it. The first time they pressed it and cleaned it perfectly. ALSO N E ONE NEEDING ALTERATIONS?? COME HERE! FOR A VERY IN EXPENSIVE PRICE THEY ALTERED A PAIR OF SUEDE AG JEANS BY BRINGING THE WAIST IN 4 SIZES, DOING THE IN SEAM, AND TIGHTENING THE ANKLES SO THEY FIT SKINNIER. THE STITCHING AND WORK WAS SUPERB. Sax 5th had already altered these pants(and didnt get it right) THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT ON THE FIRST TRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
