Experiencia fantástica: After 10 years 'vacation' from most physical exercise, I promised myself a change, and F45 North Fishers more than delivers! Even only being able to attend 2 days per week, I can say that the staff and training offered here has definitely made changes to my total well-being. In just a short time I impressed myself with what I am able to accomplish and how I physically look at myself. Brent and his team are incredibly top-notch with their professionalism, knowledge and dedication to each member in the facility. Absolutely cannot reccomend enough!

Experiencia fantástica: F45 is great! Didn’t really know what to expect at first but even though there are other people working out, the trainers always make sure we are using correct form. You always feel energized after every workout which makes you want to come back the next day.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had nothing short of a positive experience at this F45 location. All of the trainers including the owner Brent are great. They push you enough to ensure you are working hard, but not overdoing it. The studio is clean and they do a great job of wiping down the weights after each use. I have never been the one to exercise regularly but this changed once I joined F45 in May. I go nearly everyday and when I don't go I definitely miss it. I highly recommend tis studio to anyone, no matter what your exercise goals are.

Brent, Chris and Ashley are great coaches and as a 55-yr old woman, they made sure that I was doing things correctly and would not get hurt. The community is very welcoming and kind. I actually got fist bumps from strangers during my first visit. I will be back.

They will push you to be your best you. The whole atmosphere is amazing. All the members are very welcoming and motivating. You have to try it!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love F45’s atmosphere. It accommodates all fitness levels. I love the coaches Brent, Kat, Chris, and Jake. They cater the exercises to my needs, push me, and encourage me to go beyond my comfort level. It’s a personal trainer experience in a group setting which is such a unique experience. I love the workouts themselves. Every single one is different and I walk out sweating and feeling accomplished. I would recommend this gym to anyone who asks!
