No two classes have even come close to being the same. I used to go to Orange Theory, and I have to say - Retrofit is hands down a better high intensity workout.

Experiencia fantástica: I love being a client here. I hired a personal trainer. The priced are reasonable and the scheduling is open and convenient. The facility is clean and well designed. The people who go there and thise who work there are supportive and nonjudgmental. The owner is attentive, professional, and accessible. He is also a trainer in the facility and a damn good one at that. He personally met with me to discuss my goals and to decide what trainer would suit my needs. He picked a great one for me. He also follows up to make sure everything is going well. I love his personal attention. I adore my trainer, Katy. She gets me to work very hard for her. She is no drill seargent, however. She is like working with your best friend, who happens to be a nutritionist and personal trainer. I love her support. She is there anytime I need advice on my fitness or health plan. I believe she will bring me the results I need. I recommend this place highly.

Experiencia fantástica: The trainers and Brad are great. It's always a comfortable place to be and Brad has a knack for fitting you with a trainer that fits your needs. It's not an open gym. People are generally only there with their trainers orto warm up and cool down before and after training so even when it's really busy it doesn't feel packed. If you're looking to find a personal trainer and are sceptical of the big gyms like I am please stop by Retrofit.

Brad is always upbeat, understanding and beyond knowledgeable. I look forward to my weekly workouts even when my week is crazy!! The gym has a positive, lightfilled atmosphere. It's clean, welcoming and for someone who hasn't worked out in years, I didn't feel intimidated or uncomfortable like I have in other places. Working out with Brad is the best thing I have done for myself in a really long time!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an awesome place to workout. They have machines, classes, weights...everything anyone should need to get in shape and healthy. The trainers are excellent, knowledgeable, as well as fun to work with. Best part is hours are flexible to accommodate those of us who are not on a regular daily schedule. The facility is extreme in cleanliness as well!
