If you are visiting the area I strongly recommend you visiting this box. The website is easy for drop ins, all of the coaches are experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and so very kind! The atmosphere is loving, hospitable, and humble, you will not go wrong here!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Writing this at the request of my husband who has been participating in CrossFit in PA and wanted to continue while on vacation in Fernandina Beach. While a little anxious about going to a new gym, everyone was extremely friendly and made him feel welcome. His home gym has a little more emphasis on Cardio, and he really appreciated Luke and Erin"s knowledge/expertise and the time given to teach form during warm-ups and killer "W.O.D's". Not only great instructors but great people. Positive experience and definitely highly recommended.
