I've been in a class or personal setting with Travis, Samantha, and Kam. All three of them are attentive to your form and the workouts are always, always challenging. If you're looking for a local gym that offers a variety of options for your health and wellness, then look no further than TBLB!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym! The owners are amazing and really know their stuff. They offer classes, training and boxing for all levels, Including boxing classes for kids 4 and up. All trainers are knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: If there was an option for than 5 stars, I’d give this establishment 100/100! Travis is a very knowledgeable trainer/boxer that will whip you in shape with really fun classes! Go get after it, you won’t regret going here.
