The owner Cody is so genuine and you can tell has a huge passion for fitness and wants to share that with others. You can run, row and bike to get your heart rate ready for a stellar lift session. You can really go in here and create any workout from CrossFit style to bodybuilding or even just a quick HIIT sesh. Solid gym, a must try.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been really struggling to find a real gym in the Vero Beach area. Stronger Athletics is the only one in the area that has serious weights and atmosphere. This is NOT the place to come prance around and pose or jog on a computerized eliptical machine and think you got a workout. This is a place to TRAIN. It's small and a little short on some gear but the fact it is 24x7 and the right atmosphere makes up for any short comings. Too crowded? Just come when you please. Great value.
