Awesome workouts, great music, and friendly instructors motivate you and make you want to come back for more - love it! * * * Original review: I've tried almost every type of group exercise there is, and have never found anything as effective at strengthening my core (while working out the rest of my body too) as the megaformer work-out. It's low-impact, sweat-inducing, and extremely effective. The instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable and the studio offers a variety of classes (megaformer, barre, bounce, stretch, etc.) to satisfy everyone. We're lucky to have ENDO 50 in Vero Beach!
