Experiencia fantástica: Wendy and Rob have totally changed the way I work out. If you are just beginning, afraid of lifting heavy weights, afraid of hurting yourself, and not especially coordinated, this place is for you! They helped me every step of the way, and educated me so I would not hurt myself. All of the coaches go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and not intimidated. I have made so much progress since last summer when I joined. I never thought I could be so strong and flexible! Being physically stronger has made my life so much easier. I feel amazing, and my doctor was very impressed with my progress.

There is an abundance of top notch equipment to fit every need. The programming is amazing and has helped my overall fitness improve so much. And the coaches are some of the nicest people I’ve met in life. I felt welcomed from the first day I walked in.

The owners Wendy and Rob, along with all the coaches have done an excellent job in creating a very supportive environment. I have been a part of many gyms and this is by far the best. Experiencia fantástica: Dropped into this gym during the Christmas break. Have been doing crossfit for a few months prior. EVERYTHING from the coaches, the facility, the programming, and the members were TOP notch!! This place is truly at the forefront of Fitness!! Rob and Wendy both took time to give me cues and help with some of my deficiencies. You could see that this gym is different, because people actually are passionate about what they do here!! This place will no doubt be able to take your fitness to the next level. I only wish this gym was near where I live, I will miss it when I leave, but will definetly be back when I am back in town!!!
