Experiencia fantástica: I came by to see what the gym looked like, and to be honest, it really fits my personality. The people there are very polite. The atmosphere is pleasant and calm. I told the guy to sign me up! After then i was ready to go! I recommend this place to anyone who would just like to workout in peace.

Experiencia fantástica: Gym was very nice and cozy, friendly staff, not very overcrowded at all and lot of nicer older gentlemen do go there but they are super friendly to talk too, overall very nice place to work out good prices good equipment everything you need to get an amazing workout in peace. This is from someone that has been to gyms all over the states and as well as in Europe and Asia so when i give my endorsement to something it really does mean a lot!

My guess would be 30 people could work out at the same time peacefully. Either way if your trying to get a workout in. This is the place to go if your in micco

Experiencia fantástica: Lynne is incredibly helpful and walked me through every machine to help me get the most from my workout. The facility is very clean & takes extra care of keeping the equipment disinfected by wiping down after each use. Large, roomy areas with plenty of different classes to choose from.

Experiencia fantástica: I do the group fitness classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings and really get a great workout; of course you only get out of it what you put into it. Every class, while following the same basic format (kickboxing, etc) is different enough to keep it interesting and fun and the switch ups are working different muscle groups. Lots of fun!

Experiencia fantástica: Great little Gym, with about everything you want & need for your physical fitness needs without the outrageous prices or contracts that have become the normal in this Industry. You pay as you go, no debiting from your bank account. Classes included for the price! The Best Gym in all of Brevard/Sebastian area, bar none! Lynn (owner) does a great job maintaining this place & I highly recommend the gym for all your Physical fitness needs & Yoga and dance classes for the best value & atmosphere in the area!!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the ONLY gyms that I have stuck with and look forward to going to. You can work out in peace ans not be oogled or hit on or made to feel uncomfortable. My son and I go everyday and work out. Time flies while we're there. Not to mention the unbelievably amazing staff! Super helpful if you NEED them. Don't push trainers or training sessions on you. Absolutely 10 stars if I could give them that!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic community gym with great members, friendly staff and knowledgeable trainers! There is definitely something for everyone here! The main gym offers lots of cardio equipment and a circuit of machines, the free weight room has dumbbells from 5 - 120 lbs, a cable cross over machine and more, and the group exercise room has morning, afternoon and evening classes! Membership is inexpensive and well worth it!
