Experiencia fantástica: This facility is very good. It's clean and well kept. I see staff cleaning the equipment on regular basis. They have bodybuilding pictures on the wall in the weight room....what else is there to say? It's a real gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! I visited a few gyms in the area and did not get the same feeling as when I entered this gym. We were in line waiting to discuss membership and the owner came over and talked to us! We talked a little about goals and opportunities and right then and there I knew this gym was for me. The place always has some people in it and the atmosphere is just right for a workout anytime!

Experiencia fantástica: On vacation, found this gym, LOVE IT. Exceptionally well equipped with well maintained equipment. Every toy you want and need. Super clean facility and well organized. If you forget your headphones, they actually have good music playing.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member for three years at this family run gym. It is simply the best. Sonia greets me every morning with a welcoming smile. She is very helpful if ever you need anything. The classes are excellent with knowledgeable instructors. Mikki and Chris have a wonderful gym with a whole team helping and caring about its members.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to this gym a little over 3 months now. I left my old gym to train here because I enjoy the cleanliness and the availability of equipment. The people here are amazing. My children use their child care while I’m training and never want to leave. They love all the ladies in the kids room. The staff here are wonderful, and so helpful. The building is always so nice and clean. I wish I could give it more stars ⭐️ Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place it reminds me of the gym I was going to in Maryland. The staff is very nice. They always made me feel like it's right gym for me. The members seems ok. I don't know that many people. But people do say hi. And the woman in the morning that works behind the counter makes great smoothie . So all in all it's working for me.

Chris the owner was very helpful with my situation and Tessa does an amazing job at the front desk. Reyna and Janice are phenomenal Zumba instructors. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has one of the friendliest staff group that I have met in a gym. and they want to help you. They don't make you feel stupid and they are the most courteous and professional people. On top of that the gym is immaculate and everybody contributes to taken part in that cleanliness which makes you feel good especially in today's times with that virus.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband goes here regularly. I used to, as well. I really like it, I felt very comfortable here, everyone was quite friendly and helpful. I was trying very hard to lose weight. Eventually I lost all the weight I wanted..still think I might go back to the gym anyway. It has everything I could imagine a fitness center would need.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have belonged to this gym for a year, and we both love it. He does circuit training and I do the body pump, kickboxing, and yoga classes. They also offer spin and Zuma and have a great schedule of classes to meet everybody's needs. The bathroom is clean. There is a daycare center for kids, and a great smoothie bar with a huge selection. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Sonia was running the gym when I visited. She looked like a fitness model and was a shining example of what a regular, disciplined Workout can help you achieve. They were all very friendly there. I recommend getting a day/week pass if you're visiting in this area. They can help you to get, "Sebastian Strong".
