The coaches are so supportive and helpful. They teach you how to to do every movement and will adjust to your abilities. Always a great workout in a friendly and supportive environment!

Dungeon Strength Rx has all of your powerlifting, strongman, and strength and conditioning needs. I went in as a powerlifter but after doing a couple Strong(wo)man 101 classes on Saturday’s, I was hooked! Definitely recommend checking Dungeon Strength Rx out.

The professionals, the amateurs, and the general wellness athletes all know and support each other in their goals and make sure to push each other hard. You can’t be average at DSRX, the community won’t let you :). (Highly Recommend!)

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gone to this gym for about 4 months now after getting scammed out of a pure gym. Dungeon Strength is a gym where everyone in the gym are friends and family who are very kind and extremely welcoming to people who are new to the gym world. This gym has many strongmen/women competitors and it is jaw dropping to watch and be apart of such feats of strength. I have learned many things in my short time here from the fantastic staff to the kind regulars. The equipment is well taken care of and there is access to almost every need for a strong man/ body builder/ weight lifter and even the casual gym member. I have never felt so safe inside an establishment as this one, some of the strongest men and women go to this gym which makes me feel completely safe. There is a steel door which has a coded lock that prevents anyone who is not a member to enter so if you like working out at midnight you are in a safe world of your own! I love the feel of friendliness and competitiveness that radiates from this gym and I highly recommend anyone who wants to be comfortable and have fun sign up to DSRX

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE DUNGEON!!! If you’re looking for a tight knit community to push you and keep you motivated, this is the place to be! Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable about all things strength. Not to mention there’s all the specialized equipment you could ever need for powerlifting & strongman. It’s super convenient to be able to work out on your own time as well since you get your own key to the facility— way better than working around commercial gym hours. Would definitely recommend checking it out!!

Experiencia fantástica: I normally don’t write reviews but this is the best gym and it definitely deserves a review. It has all of the gear needed for bodybuilding even though it’s more powerlifting and strongman focused. The staff and gym goers, are my favorite part of this gym and are all really cool, friendly and helpful. My second favorite thing is unlike all those lame commercial gyms this gym let's you be yourself and express yourself. This place has become my second home. Come check it out! You wont regret it. Would write more but I suck at explaining things in writing.

Experiencia fantástica: I live in Spanaway and work in Redmond, so it's really important I have a gym that's both convenient and accessible. On top of that, depending on the time of the year, my equipment needs change for my training. I've never had to worry about any of these things since I started training at Dungeon Strength. Beyond just having excellent strength and conditioning equipment, Dungeon has a welcoming culture and environment, no matter what your level. I started working with Chris, one of the strongman coaches there, in February of 2020. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was received was a program that maximized the skills I was good at, strengthened my problem areas, and deepened my love for the sport. Nothing but the best things to say about the crew at Dungeon!

There's a big sense of community and comradery between everyone there, and it's very welcoming to anyone that's new and wanting to join, and anyone that's veteran in the sports. I highly recommend.
