The CrossFit Kids is also an amazing program! Would highly recommend for anyone interested in CrossFit or anyone looking for a new gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Was in town for work and this box was suggested to me by the instructor. I did a drop in Wednesday afternoon and had a great time. The staff and members were super friendly and I enjoyed the class. I would def drop in again next time I'm in town. Thanks y'all for a great experience and tank

Experiencia fantástica: I’m thankful that CrossFit Intrinsic has not only child care, but also CrossFit Kids with adults who genuinely care about the children there. When my son is the only little little in there (at almost 2 1/2 years old), he gets to play with the big kids and I’m so impressed how great they are with him. These healthy fitness habits / equipment he is exposed to during this time, he may not understand yet, but it will build a positive foundation of interest. He actually hung onto the bar with feet off the ground for 2.5 seconds!! I just have to avoid eye contact with him from the next room . He’s already ahead of the game of life and I love it! Thank you to all the coaches for truly making this a healthy family experience. Their motto stands true: “Turning strangers into friends, and friends into community.” If you’re in the Fayetteville, NC area, please check this place out. I haven’t even been doing CrossFit for a year and prior to that, I didn’t understand how amazing it was with the right coaches. Today is the best day to start your future off right with fitness and healthy habits!

Experiencia fantástica: Ok, wow, thoroughly enjoyed my first time trying a drop-in class here at CrossFit Intrinsic. The coaching was fantastic, so far the best quality that I’ve experienced yet in my search of a new CF gym as I am new to the area. The coach, Marquis, did such a great job in welcoming me and explaining the processes, which I’m incredibly grateful for. I genuinely felt warm with the guided warm up in that we ACTUALLY did a lot to get our heart rates up, to get the appropriate muscle groups warm, and the movements, workouts, and expectations were all explained thoroughly and ahead of time for us. I forget which movements come next sometimes when there is a lot going on so I really appreciated Marquis always calling out what was expected of us next. And I was very surprised by the post-wod workout as well! Mainly in that there was one lol and everyone did it. It was a nice ab workout and wow I enjoyed it here a Lot with it only being my first time. The facility is really nice too, very spacious and not crowded in the slightest. I thought that another gym I had tried out earlier was going to be my new home gym but my experience here was so fantastic that I want to come back tomorrow now for the Community WOD!

The programming is great, childcare at 3 different class times is very convenient, and the facility itself is huge and has any type of equipment you’d need. I also love how you’re able to come and do open gym at any of the class times, or 24/7 with a key fob.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this gym. From the very start everyone was so welcoming! They are able to scale everything down to whatever level you are on and explain everything in detail. My daughters really enjoy going to the CrossFit kids classes while I am doing the Community WOD on Saturday’s. If you are looking for a gym where you feel like you are family and is kid friendly - this is your place!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best place in Fayetteville to have a complete workout. The coaches/trainers are with you every step of the way through your workout. Im an older adult and its the best decision I made for a healthy lifestyle.
