Experiencia fantástica: Was at this gym for only 5 months but was quickly welcomed by the staff and fellow members. I am new to CrossFit and the coaches were very patient and happy to help me through the unfamiliar territory while still pushing me to be better. I travel a lot for work but they were easy to work with to freeze/unfreeze my account. And when I had to move because my husband and I got stationed elsewhere, cancelling my membership was painless and guilt free, they’ve all been there too.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place to call your "crossfit" home. It has a family atmosphere, where family members actually come and workout together. What's the old saying, "we work hard and we play hard"...together!! The coaches are awesome too...they work with each athlete at his/her ability level, and they take the time to get to know each and every athlete!! Gotta love that!

Experiencia fantástica: I used to come here when I was younger, not much has changed. It's a fun place to go with friends and rock climb.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are in Fayetteville NC, and love Crossfit and a nice box, please visit this place. Amazing staff, super friendly people and students, bunch of gear to play with. :-) 100% approved!!!! Best in the Fay area.
