Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to this gym for only about three months and I really like this gym. They take the time to help you with movements that your not familiar with ( for me olympic lifting) and helping improve movements that you're more comfortable with. I've seen them help people at all levels from beginners to high level crossfitters. I would suggest this gym to anyone interested.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place! I recently moved to Fayetteville and joining this gym has been the best decision I could have made. Mike & Tina are extremely helpful and genuinely care about their members. The gym is squeaky clean and the equipment is top end. Mike is a fantastic coach, knows his stuff and will motivate you to be your best. Gym has a great community. 11/10 would recommend Mensch Crossfit!

CrossFit Mensch is more than a CrossFit gym. Mike and the team of coaches are committed to getting the best out of every member, regardless of your starting point. I have personally been apart of 3 other gyms and visited countless others. With that said, I can honestly say it is the best gym I have ever been to and my overall life has changed as a result of joining Mensch. If you haven't seen the gym, you need to stop by. The facility is amazing! It is very spacious, clean and safe. All new equipment and people there ready to treat you like family on day 1. From your first workout to advanced athletes, Mike & the team are ready to help you grow every step of the way. (Been a member for a year now for reference)

Mike and Shaina cares so much for your success and they will push your limits to be a better athlete. They have so many amazing coaches to learn from and a ton of equipment to use. There's also yoga so you get so much out of your membership! We love the new gym and you will always find it so clean!

Experiencia fantástica: Great coaches. Great programming. Great equipment. Not to mention it is so spacious and the running route is the best I have ever seen at any crossfit gym I've visited. The year round temperature inside that gym is just the icing on the cake! What's not to love??

Experiencia fantástica: The programming has intent, and the goals of the block is well communicated. The Coaches help each athlete to make the WOD their own without compromising on the intent of workouts The facility is clean, comfortable, and 17000 sq ft. The equipment is new, shiny, and 100 pct rouge. I normally hate cleaning my equipment, but it’s so nice I want to keep it looking like new. Right now Mensch is a box that represents the best of CrossFit. Well done mensches!

Experiencia fantástica: Mensch !!!! By far the latest and greatest CrossFit the Fayetteville area has seen. Perfect facility clean and fresh. The staff are amazing they will help you reach your goals through great workouts and even better coaching, very knowledgeable. The owners Mike & Shaina really put their all into making not only Mensch successful but their members as well.. Remember if your looking for a box then you need to join Mensch they are the only ones that will put you first and make sure your coached right and that your goals are reached.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym reminds me a lot of where I used to work out in the city I lived prior to Fayetteville, so I feel right at home. Mike and Shaina, as well as all their coaches, have put their heart and soul into this gym — and it shows. The workouts are competitive but inclusive to all levels and the coaches make sure everyone feels well taken care of. I am pumped to continue to see how I can grow in the world of CrossFit with them!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are shopping around for the best box. Look no further. I genuinely can’t say enough about coach/owners Mike + Shaina. They are incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging in and out of class. I love how they are constantly waking around during workouts giving feedback to help you get stronger and prevent injury. Awesome folks that have your best interest at heart. They push you when you might be slacking on yourself and rein you in when you might be pushing it. I am NOT a morning person.. dragging myself to the box before dawn isn’t always easy. So is notable to say that my frown turns upside down when I walk through the Mensch door and get greeted with their positive vibes. Well.. unless they greet me with burpees... :)
