The people (both coaches and members) here are the best, helpful and kind, but not afraid to tell you what you really need. Plus, they have protein ice cream! #winning

There's a real marital arts feel to the unity of the staff and members. The crossfit side has world class athletes, that you're working with, and they care about your goals as much as you do.
