Experiencia fantástica: This gym is very unique and a great place to work out. It's not like your typical chain gym. The staff learns your name and remember it when you come back. They offer free nutrition bars and water to keep you going during your workout. The facility is exceptionally clean and you get a private shower, not a shower room where you have to share. If you are looking for personal training this is the place to go. My trainer was Nathan and he was great. He is very personable and talks to you during your session and delivers results. They have two buildings where you can work out - one is a standard gym that has weights, treadmills and machines to work out on and the other is a big open turf area where they have group workouts. They pump up the music and everyone WILL break a sweat! Jim is the owner and he is dedicated to helping you achieve fitness success! I highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I am amazed at the progress I’ve made after just a few personal training sessions at Studio Fitness. I had tight hip flexors and stiffness all over before starting and now I have better mobility and able to do so much more of my daily activities. My workouts are focused on targeted areas where I need it the most. I love how my personal trainers give me an understanding of the benefits of each exercise or superset I’m doing. Having knowledge and the reason “why” behind the “what” gives me confidence to do more on my own too. I highly recommend Studio Fitness if you’re serious about making a change and seeing results. I’ve only worked with Jim and Evan - both are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about getting you the best care and optimal health.

Experiencia fantástica: Studio Fitness Rockwall is the type of fitness facility we all wish we had. The facility is first of all Clean. It has up to date equipment. And it is a place you Want to go. Most importantly are the trainers that can help you achieve your goal..whatever it is. They are highly skilled and train to your level. It is a Personal Gym so they address your needs and desires. Staying fit and functional for me, but there are competitive athletes that train here, as well as those recovering from injuries and then you have just those that want to work out and stay healthy. It is a place you really should look at if you are looking for a forever workout home!

They offer both group and induvial training options. Their trainers can help you regain your balance and touch your toes, or they can help you lose weight or bulk up. Jesse, Evan, Julie, Carrie, and Jim are all amazing trainers who push you while making sure you don't injure yourself! I personally have gotten so much out of my training with this personal gym! I highly recommend you give it a try
