I have to Narrow down to Two it only Fair they are both Deserve High Remarks Lets Begin with Kim Gibson She Teaches Zumba Yes a Dance Class but with her Skills Motivation and Dedication She has inspired me next Year will be Ten Years of Zumba Excellent Instructor The Next Instructor Heather Lang Instructor for Sprint Cycle This is my First Year taking her Class Her Inspiration and Drive is Tremendous Heather Encourages All Students 10 Star Year Carla Hill

Thank you support staff, so grateful for such a clean facility with safe functioning equipment!! Thank you teachers, especially my girl Linda Ferrara Thanks to office staff who keep it all staffed and running smoothly.. you all rock! Happy New Year everyone ✨️

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! Friendly people who are very helpful. Share your goal and they will guide you the best way to get there. Keep open communication and they will help even if you have to stop going for a few months. Love the pool.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the Y since they opened. When I was still teaching, I was one of the 'early birds' that arrived around 5am in the morning. It was about the same group of us, every day, and we developed a camaraderie and strong friendships. That was a great time. Since, I retired and continued to go to the Y, but not as early! My husband became very ill in 2019 and because of his illness, I didn't get there as often as before. After his death at the end of 2019 I was trying to get back into a routine of attending when the pandemic hit, and eventually the Y like many other places, was closed for a while. I wish I had pushed myself harder after it re-opened, to get in there and back into a solid routine. I maintained my membership but just didn't get in there as I should have. The adjustment of losing my husband has been difficult and looking back, getting back to the Y quicker would have been so beneficial. I am back, now, and am trying to get back into a good routine. I'm very proud of the YMCA and the service it provides our community.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality The classes are great. A large variety of offered at various days and times to fit into multiple schedules. The instructors are outstanding and very helpful. I really like that the instructors will provide alternatives or modifications for individuals with physical limitations so that they can still take the classes.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter attended 6 weeks of camp here this summer and she loved it! She adored her camp teachers Kathy, Lauren, both Hannah's and Destiny. The workers at drop off/pickup made everything easy and organized. She also did swim lessons while at camp and learned a lot of new skills. We will definitely be back next year for more summer camp fun! Thanks Jefferson County Family YMCA.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a relief to find a fitness center that offers child care! I love that the fitness classes and child care are included in the membership price. And my little one loves the swim lessons there - the swim instructor, Kate, is really great with kids!

Experiencia fantástica: We've used the fitness center and the indoor track with my 12 and 13 yr olds. They were able to set some goals and work toward them! We have enjoyed the pool with the older and the younger kiddos (age 4). There's a great variety of classes! I love that we could visit other YMCAs in the region!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the Jefferson County YMCA. I take group fitness classes Monday-Friday and each teacher is very knowledgeable and motivating. I look forward to my workouts thanks to the amazing staff there. They also have a very nice fitness center with machines, weights, treadmills, etc and a great pool.

Experiencia fantástica: I love their facility! The classes that they offer are Amazing! They are always improving their facility as well. Favorite place to workout by far.

Experiencia fantástica: Even though the parking lot always seem full there is always room for me when I get inside. Whether I want to walk on track, treadmill, swim, or take a class. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The showers are nice too along with the locker room. Well I can speak of the women's. I enjoy having this place near by and like I can come and go as I please.

Experiencia fantástica: I love coming to the Y. This challenge has been lots of fun. Tried different swim classes and also the Moving Together Class with the Viper Tubes. I plan on trying to keep doing all or most of them, trying to squeeze them in along with finishing riding the Nustep for the Road Runner Challenge. Not enough time in the morning!!!!! I already come 5 days a week. I LOVE THE SOCIALABILITY AND HOW GREAT ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE.

Experiencia fantástica: We joined the YMCA in Festus last month as retired husband and wife. We go every day M-F and sometimes on the weekend. Everyone there is great!!! We love going to classes together especially the Silver Sneakers. Terri is so much fun and keeps us moving. We do cardio every other day and will be starting Aqua classes next week. We highly recommend our YMCA to everyone

Experiencia fantástica: I love being able to swim in the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a really upbeat place that is open to people of all abilities to work on health.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member for 7 years and will always be a member!! The childcare center and teachers are amazing with my kiddos. I love the wide variety of classes offered. I tend to take cl 2-3 classes a day, Monday-Friday- that’s how much I love the classes and instructors. The staff is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. My daughters have taken swim lesson for years- the pool and instructors are wonderful! My girls have also played volleyball and soccer through the Y and it’s always been a great experience for us. And my oldest daughter has really enjoyed going to kids night out at the Y where she has met new friends and had a blast crafting, playing games and swimming. I’ve been going to the Y for so long that I’ve made life long friendships with some of the staff and members~ they’re like family to me. My family and I will always be members at the YMCA- we love it!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the classes available. I always get a good workout and the instructors are fun, friendly and let you make your workout your own. You can push yourself harder or modify. I always look forward to my workout. Nice, clean facility!
