Experiencia positiva: The gym itself is great. It’s a nice size and has everything in there great quality equipment. But the personal trainer makes it almost uncomfortable to be there. Anthony the trainer there is not nice at all and is almost condescending when talking to him. He talks down to the people there and is the opposite of what a trainer should be you would think he would be nice, approachable, and motivating but he is not. He enjoys telling people what to do like don’t slam the weights when he slams weight and grunts excessively.

Experiencia positiva: Decent gym, if you plan on doing legs this isn’t your best option (no stair stepper or Jacob’s ladder) don’t waste your money on a trainer they are clueless. Find videos on YouTube and make your own workout

Experiencia fantástica: Small gym. Affordable. Easily accessible at any time of day or night. They have free weights including 2 barbell squat racks (which is the equipment I use most often), in addition to the machines and dumbbells you typically find at a gym. I especially like that their shower rooms are completely private. No need to go to a community locker room to shower. The owners are friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: A great place to workout. Safe place to go late night, Open 24/7 only clients can get in. Always clean and equipment is like new, well maintained and T.V.s is you like . They haveTrainers available for personal training . I Never have to wait long for machines. Plenty of free weights and other great choices for workouts.

Experiencia positiva: Descent gym. KB two squat racks. Bands and rollers + two rowing machines. No back equipment: nothing for hammies or back. All front dominated stuff. I stand corrected they have a hammie machine.
