Experiencia fantástica: I have worked out in a number of different large, and small gyms, but none compare to the quality of workout and environment you get here. I had never done crossfit before and was a bit intimidated to try it, but you won't find a friendlier gym anywhere. Not just the coaches, but also all the members here are so nice and helpful with tips, and cheering you on while you get REALLY fit. Frostbite is a one of a kind!

Experiencia fantástica: Frostbite taught me so many things and after being part of it for 2 years I moved to a different city but that desire to come back to this place was always there. I always missed how I loved working out here and spending time with friends. We finally moved back to farmington and the next thing I did was join back. It's a great place for any one to start. Great friendly coaches and a joyful community to be around.

Experiencia fantástica: We moved to Farmington Hills last May from Royal Oak. I was part of a box for 3 years there that I LOVED. After the up and down of lockdowns and then moving, I hadn't been to CF in just under 2 years. I was starting to get the itch again because CF is the best, hands down. After researching every place possible and reading reviews to lots of different places close to me, I decided to give Frostbite a try and if that didn't work out, I was just going to make the commute to my old box. I'll be honest, I was nervous to find a place that I loved as much as my old box, but....I found one in Frostbite! Everyone has been incredibly friendly right from the get go. While I am personally comfortable with all movements and know the lingo, the teaching is spot on and what I am used to. When I see someone ask a question, the coaches are always great with responding and showing proper technique. I think CF can come across as very intimidating (been there!!), but Frostbite takes all of that away and makes it comfortable for everybody. I really could go all day with how happy I am that I found them, but to sum it up: Great environment Great coaches Great programming

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! I have been to a few other crossfit boxes, but Crossfit Frostbite made me want to keep going. They have the best staff. They are very motivating and personable. They will remember your name after one visit. I used up my 5 class Groupon, so I'm buying a membership this week.

Experiencia fantástica: Best place to CrossFit in Detroit. I went to couple other places for an introductory class, but this is by far the best. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and they make you feel like it's your gym and your piece to be. The on ramp program is really good, all the trainers get together to see your movements in case the others miss out on any won't movements. The trainers help and correct your movements throughout the CrossFit workout to better improve yourself. The crowd is amazing as well, very welcoming and helpful. By far the best place I'd love to CrossFit or even come by and socialize.

Thanks to the friendly and supportive coaches who focuses on the proper form. Its been 5 months and I can only say I gained a lot of physical and mental strength. Experiencia fantástica: I joined a year ago and its been a fun, sweaty ride. I’ve always wanted to try Crossfit and I bought a Groupon. I walked into the gym not knowing what to expect. Owner and head coach, Charlie Riedel, stepped away from his class and took time to answer my questions. The onboarding process with Charlie was easy and painless. The onboarding gives the coaches an idea of your fitness level. Crossfit is a place of no judgement. Any workout (WOD) can be scaled to your needs. The atmosphere at Frostbite is truly like a family. Through sweat and tears, each coach and athlete will be by your side cheering you on.

Experiencia fantástica: having shopped around trying out numerous gyms i finally found one that fit. not only does it work with my schedule, work with my level of physical fitness with modifications where necessary, develop actual results....i have build a literal family there. friends i can spend time without outside of the gym. just an overall amazing atmosphere. with their new move recently it opened up even more new events and workouts. i cant ask for a better gym owner and coach than charlie. except for maybe ellie and anne who are top notch. literally nothing bad to say about this place...

Experiencia fantástica: I looked around this area to find a place that felt like a family, that was not intimidating, and that taught me the proper movement and techniques without me feeling stupid. This gym welcomed me with open arms since day one. I was always welcomed with a smile and I never felt afraid to try my hardest even if that meant failing. I got my fiancé to join now and this is our regular nightly thing to do.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first time to Frostbite. Charlie was a awsome instructor. Charlie took time to make sure I had proper form. Safety first! I was kinda worried about not knowing what I was doing. He broke everything down and made it easy to understand and definitely made a comfortable atmosphere for first timers. He definitely has created a fun/educational environment for CrossFit . If your new to CrossFit or have done it before I suggest giving this place a try.
