Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best gym on Long Island. Only thing I’d recommend is to get some prime equipment. Prime super row, prime incline chest press etc. most gyms at this tier level have prime equipment. Would love to see that. Otherwise they still have very high end machines.

Experiencia fantástica: Signed up 4 months ago and I love it here. I recently moved to the island and was missing my home gym in queens but can finally say I found my new home!! Such a great environment from the staff to the members, everyone is in here to be better and to do better and support you. Amazing equipment too, can’t wait to see my progress in 1 year from being in here. Thanks Bevs team!

A little expensive but if you get the one year membership during the sale it ends up being the same monthly price as most gyms despite being a way better gym overall. Don't let the fact that pros workout here intimidate you, everyone is super friendly and it has a family vibe about it that commercial gyms do not have. Don't settle for less, go to Bev's!

Experiencia fantástica: The East Coast Mecca for damn sure! We made a late night leg day part of our gymcation and what a great workout. The place is packed with classic machines, one of a kind machines, and some of the premium pieces and brands on the market. With multiple options for serious lifters for each exercise we were able to tailor our workouts to keep up the high intensity without any straining of prior injuries. We both truly wished we had a gym like this closer to home and will make sure to make Long Island a regular stop on our road trips just to return to Bev's. Thank you for hosting such an important place for bodybuilding and making it accessible to everyone that's passionate about the sport, even for those of us who cannot compete but are dedicated!

Experiencia fantástica: Already love the new environment and atmosphere of the place. Really makes you more pumped and work harder compared to commercial gyms. Old school, and hardcore are the way to go. Highly recommend this place, beginner or expert!

Experiencia fantástica: Truly is the east coast mecca. Haven't been here in a while but bought my female friend that's never been. She loved it. Equipment always up to date and state of the art. Have equipment majority of these commercial gyms or fitness clubs don't and never will have. If I lived closer I would absolutely join.

I'm not going to rate the equipment or the other categories, as everyone else mentioned in other reviews this place is fully equipped and they welcome all levels of athletes. The highlight of the gym and in my opinion the most underrated quality of this place is the membership system. Experiencia fantástica: Old school bodybuilding gym for serious as well as casual lifters. Incredible selection of equipment, some brand new pieces as well as a lot of classic machines. Space is laid out very logically: equipment is organized by body part. Great spot if you want to see or meet competitive and pro bodybuilders working out. I was visiting for the day (I live in New Jersey) but would definitely join here if I lived nearby.

Great atmosphere and inspiration through all the signed front covers magazines from past and present bodybuilders , celebrities and sports people from all around the world. For the serious gym rat a place to observe and learn from some of the top pros, for the casual gym goer an excellent environment to get in and get out, for the beginner a great group of people to learn from and progress. Loads of unique equipment that you won't see anywhere else on the planet, both old and new. Based on the amount of hoodies and shirts seen around everyone is proud that they have been there.

Experiencia fantástica: We are from Portland, Oregon and were in Manhattan for Spring Break earlier this week. Our 16 year old son, an aspiring bodybuilder, begged us to take a detour from our original plan and take him all the way out to this gym just so he could train where legends have trained. We were immediately greeted by Lou, who is simply a great guy. He made us feel very welcome and he let me take a look around before we left our son alone for a couple of hours to live one of his dreams. I have been to a lot of gyms in my day and this one is the real deal. It definitely lives up to the hype and the legend. My son's smile couldn't have been wider when we picked him up. Not only was it everything he had hoped for, he also met a legend...Steve Weinberger. Steve was very kind and even took a photo with our son. Thanks again, guys!

Experiencia fantástica: This review is from someone who isn't extremely jacked. • I love the hours of the gym on weekdays • lots of equipment that is well maintained and rarely ever broken •friendly staff and gym members • stellar branding / gym decoration • the free weights go WELL over 100+ pounds •They have a hot sauna room that I don't use, but its nice The only real issue I had with the gym is when body builders are doing photo ops its extremely annoying when the camera people keep asking you to stop your workout and move so you aren't in the background. I get it this is the East Coast Finest, but I don't wanna feel like a second class citizen here. All workouts matter. Either way that is not a really big deal. I would come back. Its usually a good atmosphere and well priced. If you live close to here you should try it out.
