Experiencia fantástica: I started coming here because of Josh who works at synergy. I have to say I love the environment. There is no judgement I have never felt uncomfortable coming to this gym. It is a great starting gym for people who are new to the gym like myself when I joined and for the more experienced like some of my friends. They recently got new dumbbells and they are great! You should definitely consider coming here everyone is very welcoming!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently switched the Synergy from another local gym and I can't tell you how much I love it! There is always someone cleaning everything and the equipment is always in good condition. The staff is friendly and so are members. I love it here!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this gym. I joined about a month ago and it was the best thing I did for myself in a long time! Leo, the manager is the best! He makes you feel so welcomed! The gym is spotless, equipment is in great condition and they have so many group classes to choose from! If you join this gym, you won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent gym for the following reasons: 1) Late hours - open 24 hours Monday - Thursday and until 10pm on Saturday & Sunday (most gyms close at 8pm or earlier on weekends), 2) Constantly clean even in the women's restroom, 3) Has two Power cages with platforms for Deadlifts, 4) Allowed to record - which is great for myself as a YouTuber and soon-to-be Certified Personal Trainer, 5) Mostly empty by 10:30 pm, 6) Cardio machines live in a separate room, 7) 3 different Cable stations, 8) Equipment seems to be kept in good condition, 9) I workout there at all hours even at 1:00 am sometimes and feel completely safe, 10) I may get stared at but I'm left alone for the most part!

In addition they have plenty of equipment and they keep the place clean, lastly they are open 24 hrs. So I am happy to give them a good review. David R.
