Experiencia fantástica: Muay Thai with Chris was beyond anything I expected. I got my ass handed to me in a legit work out and got a chance to slowly start mastering the basics. Pads and gloves are provided. Bring or buy wraps. Leave your ego at the door. I can't wait to go back!!!
