Boxers range from beginners to professionals and the more experienced boxers are always willing to provide helpful advice to emerging boxers. The sense of community is a huge benefit. Pleasant Avenue Boxing has evening hours that work perfectly for my schedule and offers a large variety of training equipment. I highly recommend Pleasant Avenue Boxing for anyone who wants to learn real boxing, whether your goal is to be a professional fighter or simply improve your fitness level and learn self defense.

Experiencia fantástica: Great to get in shape. Sparring is safe with big gloves and headgear. There may be some ringers though, bring a mouth piece in case.

Also has everything my wife needs to get back in shape. $100 a month for my whole family is the best deal I seen n both my teens n younger kids enjoy the action. Trainer joe definitely knows what he is talking about n will give u the one on one u need to critique ur technique. I recommend givin this gym a try if ur lookin to become a champ, or jus lookin to get back into shape.
