Experiencia positiva: Elite is a small building with training equipment for athletes ranging from a timer for runs, weights, bikes, wright-lifting machines, and boxing rings and materials. The coaches at Elite are very positive and upbeat with the student athletes about their progress and work different portions of the body after each session. The boxing aspect appears to be Imoff Boxing, hd by a different person. There are vending machines, restrooms and it is air-conditioned. They do not keep record for each specific athlete, so you may want to bring a recording book to keep your in progress.

The trainers have taught me so much about health and wellness from fitness to nutrition, and I am finally moving towards goals that I've struggled to achieve before. So grateful for this group and the accountability that gets me to the gym in the morning. Learning how to get around the gym and use the equipment properly has been an invaluable experience.
