Experiencia fantástica: I have been on a journey of self discovery like many people since high school. I knew i wanted to learn how to fight for protection but after being with these incredible coaches I couldn't help but fall in love with martial arts. The pushed me to believe in my abilities and what i have inside of me to being able to handle myself inside a cage. I forever will have martial arts apart of my life knowing now how it's not just fights but a beautiful journey each person goes on. My time with the gym may have come to end but the family i have from it won't go away and the values I have won't either. I thank train 4 life for my mma start and helping me discover myself. As always Train hard, Train Smart, Train 4 Life!

Experiencia fantástica: My children have been training in martial arts for the past 25 years and I feel this is the best all round self defense school I've seen. They combine self defense with a sense of respect for country, god and self. They have a great program for children and are an awesome supporter of the community.
