Experiencia fantástica: Coach Mike does a good job of keeping the classes challenging and new. He is very personable and inviting and offers classes every day of the week except Sunday. There are early morning and evening classes to fit your schedule. The classes are cardio/HIIT based, usually doing as much as you can in a certain amount of time. This style of training makes the same class suitable for a first timer and a fitness veteran. I personally have noticed my energy levels are up, my stamina has increased, I feel physically stronger, I’m sleeping better and I’m more mindful of my diet. Driven, talented, and willing to share what he has with the rest of us. Since being part of the Warrior Tribe Fitness family I have seen; not only my conditioning get better but also my mental health also got better.
