Experiencia fantástica: More expensive then the YMCA, but there is a indoor walking track, wet and dry sauna, and a whirpool and more variety to group classes. The atmosphere is peaceful and calming. The trainers are awesome. Kudos to the instructors for the Therapy Pool. A special thank You to Deshawn and Molly Cain for helping me work through issues while being out for a slight injury. I was treated like a real person and not a membership number.

Experiencia fantástica: There really is something for everyone here. I switched to this gym after herniating 4 discs in my spine. Although I was severely restricted, I was able to find a variety of things I was able to do at the Healthplex while recovering. I've been able to build my strength and core over the last few months because of all of the amenities this gym offers. There are several machines and free weights as well so I have never had to wait to use the equipment I needed for my workouts. The gym has so much to offer that it is able to "grow" WITH you as you improve so you can continue to challenge yourself! So happy I found this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for everyone. I personally go there to lift and train and they just got brand new equipment great for anyone trying to train for anysport. They have equipment for too level anthletes as well as stuff for beginners.

Experiencia fantástica: I complained about the price initially (for a family pass) like anyone would. Between the discounts members get on different programs and the amount of things that they have to do, it was worth it. My kids have been to basketball camp and one has even taken swimming lessons. There are always open machines to workout on. They also have multiple locations with machines and tons of other things to do (Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Tennis, Track, even a Heavy Bag). My only grip would be that the front desk staff always seem to refer me to someone and that person is never available. It makes it seem like there is a disconnect between management and staff at times. Other than that, this place is AWESOME!!

Experiencia fantástica: i was there for the orthopedic department, there were no available wheelchairs, so i called the office to let them know and they sent someone out with a wheelchair, the office was clean, and everyone was super friendly, they turned a nervous situation into a comfortable one, i would highly recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful facility comeplete with workout group classes, pool, heated pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, basketball court, track, tennis court, racquetball, etc. The staff is nice, open 7 days a week with nice hours and they are handicap accessible. Parking lot is well lit.

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking to upgrade your level of fitness from just cardio machines and weight lifting... This is a great place to go. Full weightlifting equipment (nice free motion machines too), large basketball court, 2 punching bags, tennis courts, a track, and a 6 lane pool. Downstairs they have a nice turf area with tire flipping, sleds, and more free weights and bars. A huge plus is this place is never crowded. There are some cleanliness issues, but this is mainly areas with water. The pool could use a scrub down. In addition the showerheads pretty much all need to be replaced. The steam room ceiling is a little rough too. All in all, these issues aren't enough for me to subtract a star.

Experiencia fantástica: This place have everything I need for a good work out. Equipment is in good condition and plenty of space. People are friendly and they always help me if there is an issue or concern. I bring my seven year old boy for swimming lessons and to run on the track. We always have a good time together.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful Place! Offers many different aspects of Healthcare, From working out to visiting with your Doctor. There is a beautiful Gymnasium, I stopped to watch children playing basketball. I had to use the restroom after seeing the hand surgeon, This gave me a chance to check out the front side of the Health-Plex ! I have been in the back entrance on my way to Cardiopulmonary Rehab...Very clean, really nice place!

Did a personal training orientation where posture and form was assessed and recommendations made to target the areas she saw an issue with, followed by very clear, concise instruction on use of the fitness equipment, along with great tips to get the most out of a safe workout. Looking forward to trying some classes next!

Today was my last appointment and she made sure that I knew exactly what I needed to do to continue to get my hand better. My hand is not completely better but it is much better off now than when I started. Thank you Maureen. I appreciate you!

Experiencia fantástica: Mercy Healthplex has everything you can dream of to workout, swim or to even relax. YMCA has nothing on this facility because the basketball court is always open for anyone to play basketball and as far as I can tell, the pool is always open for swimmers. This is a very unique workout facility with aminities like sauna, steamroom, and whirlpool. I recommend membership here over the YMCA any day. Very very cool place.

These people are THE BEST; from the Front Desk Reception Associates, to the Land Therapy Center, to the Aquatic Therapy Center. I have used this center for the last 15+ years after numerous different types of surgeries and I cannot say enough good things about EVERYONE that works there. 500☆ Rating !!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to exercise! Lots of fun classes to take - spinning, yoga, water aerobics - with certified trainers. Tennis courts with no fee for members. Open swim available in both pools. There is a sauna and whirlpool available in the locker room. Touchpad locks on lockers for daily use. Indoor track that goes around the tennis courts with three lanes. Free weight and cardio areas. Friendly staff. Clean towels and bathroom necessities for after workout clean up.

Experiencia fantástica: About a year ago I met a wonderful person with a great smile! who was actually looking for a car and she actually told me what she did for a living. soshe asked me if I attend a workout place I told her that I belong to Planet Fitness. Jaclyn madill invited me to the HealthPlex in Fairfield and gave me a tour I was blown away I didn't realize they had so much to offer now to be honest with you I don't attend regularly due to my schedule but when I do have time I always end up going there's a friendly staff with the smile on their face all the time they make you feel warm and welcome. What I love about the HealthPlex if you ever need anything, anything at all regardless what it is they will stop what they're doing and come and help you with a smile on their face. I recommend anyone looking for a place to work out and you can also bring your kids the Fairfield HealthPlex is a place to go and I also recommend that you speak to Jaclyn Madill, for a tour of the facility you will not be disappointed and she will work up a really good deal for you.
